My salesperson, Lacey Parker, was fantastic to work with! She is very knowledgeable, went above and beyond to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for, and spent time reviewing the functions of the vehicle thoroughly with me. The business manager was also very knowledgeable, explained the purchase process thoroughly, explained the protection options in a clear and concise manner, and worked with me on price to get the options I wanted at a price I could afford. Additionally, the use of an iPad in the purchase process made for an easy purchase. The dealership is super clean, has a well-stocked bathroom, and there are snacks and water for customers which are all greatly appreciated! The service department made an accommodation for me to complete the interior and exterior protection on a Saturday to fit my schedule while I was in town. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with my car purchase. Everyone is very welcoming, are there to help with any questions I had, and I never felt pressured to purchase anything. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

From the beginning of the process, we worked with Sydney on purchasing a new Silverado. She sent us photos, and detailed info & links. Had an appointment at 3 pm on 3/7/2025, and finished entire process within an hour. Sydney answered all questions professionally, and introduced me to her manager & finance person. Watch your wallet!! Just a warning to all you about the Chevy Dealership in Clinton. Bowman Chevrolet. My husband and I came in on Friday to test drive a Truck he was interested in purchasing. Durring the time we were there we only sat at the saleswoman's desk and inside the truck, I had my wallet sitting on the desk with my phone, somewhere in between sitting and walking to the truck I couldn't find my wallet, we searched EVERYWHERE. Once we searched multiple times I asked to see the camera footage, I was given 6 completely different answers as to why they had no access to the cameras, which immediately made me start to think it was stolen. I honestly hope not but the way they laughed the situation off makes me feel differently. So watch your wallet!! I have filed a police report.
