Easy peasy, nice & easy. Drove up from Indiana to look at a Buick Enclave that they had listed. Was exactly as advertised! Brenden our sales rep was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Finance manager Meghan was a real professional. She took us through the paperwork step by step thoroughly explaining each document that we needed to sign. Disappointed in the cost of labor to put in a ignition cylinder. $126 part, $324 labor, seems excessive. Also they had it from Tues thru most of Fri and couldn't get me a loaner. Had it in earlier in the yr to replace the starter and was without a vehicle for 4 plus days. Cameron was very courteous and helpful though dealing with this.

Everyone was great! It’s always a joy to go into the dealership. Whether it’s service, or just a question, anyone is willing to help. They even let me pull into the service bay to put new mats in my car so I didn’t have to do it in the rain, or try to figure it out on my own!! Everything went smoothly. A few things that I was surprised by was that they told my husband we needed in a new cabin air filter but never showed it to him and I knew I needed a new windshield wiper mine is torn really bad. They never mentioned it to him. I thought that was included in an inspection when you get your oil changed. I don’t know if they were cutting corners or if things have changed.
It was a very enjoyable experience. Jim Hilton did an exceptional job. The whole sales process was very pleasant.
